Our Work
Projects We're Proud Of
Every home we touch gets treated like it's our own. Here are a few examples of the work we do for our neighbors in Houma.
From leaky faucets to full-room remodels, Herb Breaux Contractor brings honest work, fair pricing, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time — right here in the Bayou Country.
Whether it's a quick fix or a big transformation, we handle every project with the same care and attention to detail.
Kitchen updates, bathroom renovations, and full-room makeovers that turn your vision into reality — on time and on budget.
Drywall patches, door adjustments, fixture replacements, and those "someday" items that keep piling up. We get it done right.
Need more space? Room additions, sunrooms, and garage builds designed to blend seamlessly with your existing home.
Louisiana weather doesn't wait — and neither do we. Roof repairs, siding replacement, and emergency board-ups when you need them most.
Hardwood, tile, vinyl plank — whatever fits your style and your home's needs. We prep, install, and finish with precision.
From fixture swaps to outlet installations, our trusted trade partners deliver clean, code-compliant work every time.
We've built our reputation one honest job at a time. No shortcuts, no surprise charges, no disappearing acts. Just solid work from someone who lives here and wants you to recommend us to your neighbors.
Punctuality isn't optional. We call ahead, we arrive on time, and we finish the job we promised.
Every estimate is detailed and upfront. You'll know exactly what you're paying for before a single nail is hammered.
We know Houma homes, local codes, and Louisiana building conditions. That matters more than you'd think.

We let our work do the talking — but our customers are happy to chime in too.
"Herb and his team remodeled our kitchen and it exceeded every expectation. They showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, and the finish work was flawless. Best contractor experience we've had in Houma."

"After a bad storm took out part of our roof, Herb was out the next morning with a tarp and a plan. He handled the insurance paperwork and had us fully repaired within two weeks. True professionals."

"I've used Herb for three different projects now — bathroom tile, a deck, and a whole-house paint. He's the only contractor I call anymore. Fair price, great communication, and the work speaks for itself."
